Concierge

About the role

The Concierge will be the face of our luxury resort, ensuring every guest receives impeccable service. You will work closely with multiple departments to deliver a seamless experience for VIP guests, promotional trips, and media visits.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily guest service operations and maintain high standards of attention.
• Provide dedicated support to other departments for VIP guests, promotional travel, and press visits.
• Handle guest complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring swift resolution.
• Coordinate with the front‑desk, concierge desk, and other service areas to guarantee a flawless guest journey.

Required profile

• Degree in Public Relations or a related field.
• Fluent in Spanish, French and/or English.
• Excellent personal presentation and strong social skills.
• Experience in the hospitality sector is preferred.
• Familiarity with Leading Hotels quality standards is a plus.
