Maitre - Temporada de invierno

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Maitre to lead the bar operations during the winter season at Sport Hotel Hermitage & Spa, a 5‑star resort in Andorra la Vella. You will work closely with the Food & Beverage Manager to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and supervise daily bar activities.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and product quality.
• Manage human and material resources to meet operational targets.
• Collaborate with the F&B manager to achieve revenue and service goals.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and brand standards.

Required profile

• Valid EU passport.
• Formal training in hospitality or restaurant management.
• Minimum 2 years experience in a similar à‑la‑carte bar or restaurant role.
• Excellent customer service attitude and strong teamwork skills.
• Dynamic, organized, flexible and able to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Knowledge of Leading Hotels quality standards is a plus.
• Fluent in Spanish and English; Catalan or French is a plus.
• Proficient user of Microsoft Office.
