About the role

We are looking for a Financial Risk Analyst to join our Global Risks area. The role is based in Andorra and offers the chance to work in a dynamic, highly transversal environment within an international financial group.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor the regulatory framework and analyse its impact, focusing on solvency, liquidity and prudential supervision.
• Define and implement methodologies for calculating risk metrics.
• Perform balance‑sheet analysis, automate processes and review internal controls.
• Calculate risk metrics and prepare internal risk reports.
• Submit periodic COREP statements to the regulator (AFA).
• Supervise and analyse data from group subsidiaries, providing support for calculations, new developments and tools.
• Prepare Capital and Liquidity Self‑Assessment reports (ICAAP/ILAAP) for the SREP process.
• Produce the annual Solvency Report (IRP) and conduct stress‑testing exercises.
• Participate in other regulatory and internal risk exercises and resolve model validation incidents.
• Develop internal risk policies and identify emerging risks.

Required profile

• Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering or a related field.
• 2‑3 years of experience in risk management or control within the financial sector.
• Strong analytical skills with solid knowledge of financial concepts and prudential regulation.
• Fluent in Spanish, Catalan and English.
• Problem‑solving orientation, teamwork and ability to improve processes.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
• Programming knowledge (SQL, SAS, Python or similar).
