Treasury Technician

About the role

The Treasury Technician will join the Financial Management team of Grup Heracles, a consolidated Andorran group active in construction and related sectors. You will be responsible for maintaining an up‑to‑date view of cash flows across multiple companies, identifying pending items and anticipating future liquidity needs.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor daily bank balances, movements, collections, payments and upcoming due dates.
• Prepare and update short‑ and medium‑term cash forecasts, flagging potential liquidity gaps.
• Track receivables and payables, spotting delays, discrepancies and missing documentation.
• Execute payments in line with internal authorisations and deadlines.
• Perform bank reconciliations and ensure all transactions are properly documented.
• Manage day‑to‑day interactions with banks, including queries, guarantees, loans and financing lines.
• Maintain up‑to‑date information on financial products, conditions, costs and related documentation.
• Produce reports on liquidity, delinquency, indebtedness, investments and treasury evolution.
• Coordinate with administrative and accounting departments to improve processes and controls.

Required profile

• Higher education in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting or equivalent.
• Minimum three years of experience in treasury or a finance role with direct responsibility for cash management.
• Strong knowledge of banking operations, reconciliations and financial transaction accounting.
• Proven ability to build cash forecasts and monitor due dates.
• Detail‑oriented, proactive and able to prioritize multiple issues simultaneously.
• High level of discretion, responsibility and integrity when handling financial information.

• Experience with ERP systems
• Familiarity with banking platforms and financial management tools
