Supervisor/a Comptable – Accounting Team Lead

About the role

The company seeks an experienced accounting professional with strong leadership and analytical skills to supervise a team and take part in consulting and corporate advisory projects.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of clients and oversee the accounting team’s daily activities.
• Review month‑end closings and prepare annual financial statements.
• Participate in consulting, due‑diligence and business valuation projects.
• Support corporate restructuring and tax advisory processes.
• Maintain direct client relationships and attend follow‑up meetings.
• Coordinate the team, optimise processes and ensure technical quality of service.

Required profile

• Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, preferably with at least 2 years in audit.
• Strong knowledge of accounting and tax regulations, especially Andorran law.
• Proven experience in team coordination or supervision.
• Excellent organisational skills, autonomy and quality orientation.
• Fluent in Catalan and Spanish; other languages are a plus.
