About the role

We are looking for a high‑energy Commercial Agent to join Learning Heroes, a fast‑growing e‑learning platform with over 1 million students in nearly 40 countries. The role is 100 % remote and focuses on converting hot leads into enrollments during short, intense launch periods.

Key responsibilities

• Contact and qualify hot leads, guiding them to enroll in our courses.
• Operate during launch windows with high lead volume, maintaining rapid response times.
• Be available, including weekends and holidays, to ensure continuous conversion.
• Self‑manage your schedule and pipeline, reporting results to the founders.

Required profile

• Self‑motivated sales professional who thrives without a fixed office schedule.
• Comfortable working under pressure and handling large volumes of leads.
• Strong entrepreneurial mindset and ability to organise work independently.
• Exceptional resilience and persistence.
