Agente de Reservas – Temporada de Invierno

About the role

Caldea, an iconic spa and resort in the heart of Andorra, is looking for a motivated Reservation Agent for the winter season of 2026/27. You will be the first point of contact for guests, handling bookings and ensuring a seamless experience across its spa, hotel, and leisure services.

Key responsibilities

• Answer and process client requests via phone, email, and web forms.
• Provide information on availability, products, and services.
• Create, modify, and cancel individual and group reservations.
• Generate reservation reports and manage bookings for various services.
• Resolve reservation‑related incidents and act as liaison between guests, reception, and other departments.
• Promote complementary products and services.
• Perform additional administrative tasks for the Reservations department.

Required profile

• Formal training in Tourism, Hotel Management or a related field.
• 1‑2 years of experience in a similar reservation or front‑office role.
• Fluent in Catalan and Spanish (C1), French (B2) and English (B2).
• Strong customer orientation, organizational skills and problem‑solving ability.
• Willingness to work rotating and holiday shifts.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office / Office 365.
• Experience with Property Management Systems (PMS) or reservation/CRM platforms.
