Application Specialist (Remote)

About the role

RoboDK is seeking an Application Specialist to join its global support team. You will act as the first point of contact for customers, helping them navigate our robot simulation and programming software while ensuring a smooth sales process.

Key responsibilities

• Provide general customer service via email and phone.
• Identify customer needs and act as the first point of contact.
• Create quotes, generate invoices, and process orders.
• Participate in internal meetings with the sales manager and other sales representatives.
• Establish and maintain positive business relationships with customers.

Required profile

• Experience as a sales representative or administrative assistant.
• Advanced written and spoken English.
• Strong time‑management and organizational abilities.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Relationship‑management skills and openness to feedback.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Business or Social Science, experience with HubSpot, and proficiency in French or German.
