About the role

Orobitg Studio, a well‑established Andorran architecture office, is looking for a Senior Architect to lead design and project delivery. The role combines creative design, technical development and team coordination, acting as the main reference for assigned projects from concept to construction.

Key responsibilities

• Develop architectural proposals from conceptual design through schematic, basic and executive phases, and provide on‑site support during construction.
• Translate initial creative directives into coherent solutions, ensuring consistency in layout, materiality, detailing and technical decisions.
• Lead the project team, assign responsibilities, set priorities and review progress and quality of work.
• Plan project phases and deliverables, anticipating dependencies, decisions and resource needs.
• Coordinate communication between senior management, internal team, client and external consultants, specialists and contractors.
• Supervise drawings, models, specifications and technical documentation, guaranteeing architectural, constructive and economic viability.
• Interpret client requirements, maintain clear professional communication and manage feedback throughout the process.
• Identify risks or bottlenecks, propose alternatives and make decisions to keep the project moving forward.

Required profile

• University degree in Architecture with solid experience in an architecture office, having participated in projects across all phases.
• Strong architectural sensibility and visual culture, able to understand proportion, light, materiality, scale and relationships.
• Technical and constructive knowledge sufficient to supervise documentation, detect inconsistencies and assess solution feasibility.
• Conceptual ability to interpret initial intent, build a clear idea and maintain coherence throughout development.
• Proven leadership and coordination experience, capable of organizing technical teams, delegating tasks and monitoring progress without becoming a bottleneck.
• Global planning vision to manage phases, deadlines, deliverables, dependencies and priorities.
• Clear and professional communication with team, clients, management and external partners.
