Business & Systems Analyst

About the role

We are embarking on a major technological transformation, migrating our current management system to Basikon, a cloud‑based financing solution. As a Business & Systems Analyst you will join the implementation phase, acquire deep knowledge of the platform and the financing processes it supports, and later become the internal reference for its functional and technical maintenance.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in the parametrisation and rollout of the Basikon platform together with the vendor.
• Become the internal point of reference for functional and technical maintenance of the solution.
• Analyse business‑area needs and translate them into functional requirements and specifications.
• Identify, prioritise and implement improvements to optimise processes and increase operational efficiency.
• Resolve low‑to‑medium complexity changes with small JavaScript adaptations and MongoDB query adjustments.
• Coordinate higher‑complexity developments with corporate IT and external providers.
• Conduct functional testing, validate new releases before production, and document all changes.
• Drive continuous improvement of processes supported by the platform.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Analyst or similar role.
• Experience in the financial sector, preferably with renting, leasing or dealer financing products.
• Proven involvement in system implementation, migration or support projects.
• Ability to understand business processes and convert them into functional solutions.
• Basic to intermediate programming knowledge, especially in JavaScript.
• Familiarity with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB is a plus.
• Previous exposure to SAP R3 is highly valued.
