Consultor/a Sènior per Consultoria

About the role

We are looking for a versatile senior consultant to join our team and contribute to a variety of high‑impact consulting projects. The role involves providing expert advice on financial, tax and restructuring matters for clients in Andorra, Spain and beyond.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct due diligence and company valuations.
• Prepare independent expert and forensic reports.
• Support restructuring initiatives such as mergers and spin‑offs.
• Provide tax and accounting audit assistance when required.

Required profile

• University degree in Business Administration, Economics or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles.
• Experience in audit and taxation, preferably within Andorra and/or Spain.
• Previous consulting experience is a plus.
• Adaptable, versatile and capable of leading teams.
• Fluent Catalan is mandatory.
