About the role

Alló The Agency is seeking a freelance Event Coordinator to support the planning and execution of luxury and lifestyle events for a client in Andorra. The role is hands‑on, requiring a detail‑oriented professional who can turn event concepts into seamless experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate operational and production aspects of events.
• Maintain contact with suppliers and follow up on deliverables.
• Request and manage budgets.
• Visit venues and align logistical needs.
• Develop and monitor timelines, checklists, and schedules.
• Oversee set‑up, tear‑down, and overall logistics.
• Supervise all pre‑event details and ensure readiness.
• Be present on‑site during events to manage execution.
• Resolve unforeseen issues and follow through to event close.

Required profile

• Proven experience in events, production, hospitality, luxury, or similar environments.
• Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and professional demeanor.
• Self‑driven, proactive, and able to anticipate project needs.
• Availability to work onsite in Andorra with flexible dates and hours.
