About the role

Hotelgest is looking for a creative Content Creator and Ads Manager to shape its visual identity and drive digital growth. You will produce high‑impact visual content, manage advertising campaigns and support SEO initiatives across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Create high‑quality visual content (videos, motion graphics, web design, branding) that reflects the brand.
• Edit video, produce motion graphics and develop mockups using design tools.
• Plan, launch and optimise paid campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Ads and other channels.
• Implement SEO and SEM strategies, monitor analytics and improve organic visibility.
• Analyse campaign metrics and continuously refine performance.
• Travel with the team to capture on‑site footage that showcases Hotelgest worldwide.
• Experiment with new ideas and propose innovative visual concepts.

Required profile

• Strong visual sense with the ability to create compelling presentations.
• Experience in both organic and paid content strategies.
• Comfortable operating a drone for narrative video capture.
• Passion for staying up‑to‑date with growth‑marketing trends.
