About the role

Mendiola Partners is expanding its team and seeks a technically‑savvy, autonomous Web & AI developer. You will work on a variety of digital solutions—from corporate websites and e‑commerce platforms to AI‑driven assistants and automation workflows—for clients in Andorra and other markets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain WordPress projects, customizing themes, plugins and core functionality.
• Write clean code in PHP, JavaScript, HTML and CSS, implementing responsive designs.
• Translate UI/UX designs and prototypes (Figma) into functional interfaces.
• Integrate external services via REST APIs, webhooks, and third‑party platforms.
• Automate processes using tools such as n8n, Make or Zapier.
• Build and integrate AI solutions, including LLMs and APIs from OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.
• Implement e‑commerce features with WooCommerce and optimize performance, Core Web Vitals and technical SEO.
• Handle migrations, domain/DNS configuration, hosting environments and production deployments.
• Participate in technical and functional definition of new projects.

Required profile

• Proven experience developing with WordPress and a solid technical foundation.
• Ability to understand problems, research independently and deliver solutions without step‑by‑step guidance.
• Comfort using AI as a development tool while maintaining code quality and readability.
• Critical mindset: suggest improvements to designs, propose better technical solutions and consider usability, speed, maintainability and scalability.
