Digital Marketing & Growth Specialist

About the role

CityXerpa is looking for a Digital Marketing & Growth Specialist to drive business growth through data‑driven campaigns and strategic initiatives. You will work closely with product, content, communication and design teams to activate, retain and upsell users.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimise campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads and other digital channels.
• Develop and execute SEO strategy for CityXerpa and Andorra.com.
• Identify acquisition opportunities, improve conversion and design activation, loyalty and re‑engagement campaigns via push notifications, email and in‑app messaging.
• Segment audiences, personalise communications and coordinate promotional actions to boost recurrence and cross‑selling.
• Monitor performance, prepare data‑driven reports and ensure analytics, attribution and automation tools function correctly.
• Oversee platform providers, adapt actions for multiple languages and markets, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.

Required profile

• At least 3 years of digital marketing experience.
• Hands‑on expertise with Google Ads, Meta Ads and SEO.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console.
• Proactive, solution‑oriented and able to prioritise tasks.
• Fluent in written and spoken Catalan and Spanish.
