Finance Manager

About the role

CoreFi is seeking a Finance Manager to join its fully remote team. In this role you will lead financial planning, analysis and reporting to enable data‑driven decisions across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain budgets, forecasts and financial models.
• Monitor financial performance, cash flow and profitability, providing actionable insights.
• Manage financial controls and support compliance with regulatory and internal policies.
• Collaborate with product, operations and leadership on pricing, product economics and investment cases.
• Prepare management reports, dashboards and coordinate with external auditors and financial partners.
• Continuously improve financial processes, tools and reporting frameworks as the company scales.

Required profile

• Strong financial management background, including budgeting, forecasting and analysis.
• Experience with accounting principles, financial reporting and internal controls in financial services or fintech.
• Ability to work with cloud‑based financial tools, dashboards and data analytics.
• Knowledge of banking, lending or payments operations and related regulatory considerations.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and collaboration skills in remote, cross‑functional teams.
• Self‑starter who can prioritize multiple initiatives in a fast‑growing environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field; CPA, CFA or ACCA a plus.
• Experience in SaaS, fintech or core banking platforms is highly beneficial.
