Finance Specialist (Remote)

About the role

CoreFi is seeking a Finance Specialist to support its cloud‑native core banking platform. In this full‑time remote position you will analyse financial data, prepare statements and assist with budgeting and forecasting while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Reconcile accounts and monitor key financial metrics.
• Prepare, review and analyse financial statements.
• Support regulatory and compliance reporting.
• Contribute to internal controls and audit documentation.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting and financial planning.
• Optimize financial processes related to CoreFi’s cloud banking solutions.
• Participate in continuous‑improvement initiatives across finance and operations.

Required profile

• Strong analytical ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Solid knowledge of finance, preferably in banking or fintech environments.
• Experience preparing and reviewing financial statements.
• Proficiency in accounting principles and general‑ledger management.
• Clear, professional communication skills for technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Comfortable working independently with remote collaboration tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Prior experience in banking, fintech or cloud‑based financial platforms is a plus.
