Jefe/a de Cocina – Temporada invierno 2026‑2027

About the role

We are seeking dynamic and proactive kitchen leaders to join our winter 2026‑2027 restaurant team in Andorra. The role involves overseeing kitchen operations across several ski‑resort venues, ensuring high‑quality culinary output and a safe, efficient work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and supervise kitchen activities at multiple sales points.
• Manage inventory, maintain minimum stock levels and oversee production schedules.
• Lead, train and motivate kitchen staff, fostering a positive workplace and service efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, food‑safety and ISO quality standards.
• Control costs, optimise resources and drive profitability.
• Introduce culinary innovations and maintain meticulous plate presentation.

Required profile

• Formal culinary education (mid‑level, higher‑level or equivalent).
• Minimum three years experience in a kitchen‑management or similar role.
• Demonstrated knowledge of ISO regulations and food‑safety standards.
• Food‑handler certification is a plus.
• Strong leadership, organisational abilities and teamwork orientation.
• Flexible schedule with availability on weekends and holidays.
• Preferably already residing in Andorra or holding Andorran nationality.
