About the role

TECOPSA is seeking a Construction Site Manager to lead a major building project in Andorra. The role requires a seasoned professional with strong leadership, planning, and cost‑control abilities to ensure the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and organize the construction schedule, coordinating short‑, medium‑ and long‑term activities.
• Lead internal teams and manage subcontractors and suppliers.
• Monitor production to meet quality, productivity and efficiency targets.
• Control project economics, track costs, deviations, certifications and results.
• Manage materials and resources, ensuring availability and optimal use.
• Identify schedule deviations, implement corrective actions, and manage risks and incidents.
• Supervise quality and compliance with project procedures and requirements.
• Coordinate with the design team, client, suppliers and internal departments.
• Promote continuous improvement and process optimisation.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years experience as a Site Manager or similar senior construction role.
• Proven track record in full‑cycle building projects.
• Ability to manage internal teams, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Strong knowledge of planning, production, cost control and overall site management.
• Analytical, organised and problem‑solving mindset.
• Leadership, autonomy and results‑orientation.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with diverse stakeholders.
• Technical degree in Architectural Engineering, Building Engineering or equivalent.
