About the role

We are looking for a dedicated massage therapist to join Caldea, the iconic wellness centre in the heart of Andorra. You will deliver high‑quality massage treatments that enhance our guests’ wellbeing and contribute to memorable spa experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Perform a variety of therapeutic massage techniques following Caldea’s protocols.
• Prepare treatment rooms and equipment to the highest hygiene standards.
• Provide personalized, professional care to each client.
• Maintain compliance with safety, hygiene and quality regulations.
• Collaborate with the wider wellness team to ensure seamless service.

Required profile

• Strong service orientation and customer‑focused attitude.
• Empathy, good listening skills and respect for client privacy.
• Professional rigor and adherence to established protocols.
• Ability to work in a team, be responsible and discreet.
• Flexible schedule to match the spa’s operating rhythms.

Required skills

• Certified training in therapeutic massage (quiromassage) – mandatory.
