Partner Data & Content Operations

About the role

We are looking for a Partner Data & Content Operations specialist to ensure that partner information on our platform is accurate, up‑to‑date and well presented. This cross‑functional, highly operational role connects data, content, partners and internal teams to deliver the best possible user experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage partner requests for creation, modification and removal of establishment data, schedules, categories, zones and other details.
• Create and maintain catalogs and product listings, guaranteeing correct texts, prices, descriptions, images, attributes and availability.
• Handle content for all CityXerpa business lines: Delivery, Experiences, Tourist, Pay and Listings.
• Prepare and execute bulk data uploads via Excel or CSV, reviewing and correcting information as needed.
• Perform quality assurance checks before and after publishing content, identifying errors and improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate integrations with catalog and POS systems.
• Track requests using a ticketing or backlog system, prioritize tasks and ensure closure.
• Document processes, create templates and seek ways to standardise operations.
• Collaborate with other teams to resolve incidents and provide partner support.

Required profile

• Detail‑oriented, organised and methodical, able to handle large volumes of information without compromising quality.
• Enjoys working with data, content and processes.
• Experience in operations, data entry, catalog or content management within marketplaces or e‑commerce environments.
• Clear communication skills with partners and internal stakeholders.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Strong command of Google Sheets, including filters, formulas and data validation.
