About the role

The municipality of Escaldes-Engordany is launching a second call for a selective competition to fill an external vacancy for a Mechanical Maintenance Manager. The role is responsible for overseeing all mechanical maintenance activities within municipal facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and supervise preventive and corrective mechanical maintenance.
• Manage maintenance teams and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Develop maintenance schedules, budgets and reporting procedures.
• Ensure the availability of spare parts and proper documentation of maintenance work.

Required profile

• Relevant technical qualification in mechanical engineering or equivalent.
• Professional experience in mechanical maintenance management, preferably in a public or large‑scale environment.
• Ability to lead teams and manage resources efficiently.
