Restaurant Manager - Luxury 5-Star Hotel

About the role

Hire Resolve is recruiting an experienced Restaurant Manager for a prestigious luxury 5-star hotel partner in Andorra, Southwest Europe. The role suits a hospitality professional with Michelin-starred dining experience, strong leadership skills and a passion for world-class guest service. You will oversee daily restaurant operations, lead a high-performing team and uphold the highest standards of service, presentation and guest satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all front-of-house restaurant operations for seamless service delivery.
• Lead, motivate and develop the restaurant team to maintain exceptional service standards.
• Ensure compliance with 5-star hospitality and fine-dining service protocols.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of menus, wine lists and food and beverage offerings.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and proactively address guest needs and concerns.
• Coordinate closely with kitchen and management teams to ensure operational excellence.
• Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation and restaurant ambiance.
• Manage reservations, staffing schedules and operational performance to maximise efficiency.

Required profile

• Higher Vocational Training (Ciclo Formativo de Grado Superior) required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a Michelin-starred restaurant as Restaurant Manager or in a senior/supervisory capacity.
• Fluent Spanish and English are mandatory; French and/or Catalan is highly advantageous.
• Valid passport and clear criminal record.
• Must meet all legal employment requirements for Andorra.
