Supervisor/a Comptable

About the role

We are looking for an Accounting Supervisor to take technical responsibility for our client portfolio and to grow the accounting team. The role combines deep accounting expertise with leadership, ensuring high‑quality service and client confidence.

Key responsibilities

• Technical supervision of accounting for the assigned client portfolio.
• Review and validation of accounting records, monthly, quarterly and annual closings, and preparation of annual accounts.
• Resolution of complex accounting queries and definition of applicable criteria.
• Quality control of financial statements and bank reconciliations before client delivery.
• Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and formal obligations.
• Defining and improving internal procedures, checklists and quality controls.
• Coordinating the accounting team: workload distribution, deadline monitoring, and junior staff coaching.
• Direct client interaction and coordination with other company areas.

Required profile

• University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Finance or similar.
• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, preferably in a professional firm or advisory.
• Full mastery of the accounting cycle and annual accounts formulation.
• Strong autonomy, rigor and ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously.
• Teaching vocation and proven ability to lead and develop junior staff.
• Fluent in Catalan and Spanish; French and English are a plus.
• Knowledge of the Andorran accounting and tax framework.
• Previous experience supervising or coordinating teams.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 environment.
• In‑depth knowledge of Andorran accounting standards and fiscal regulations.
