About the role

We are looking for a Senior Sales Representative for the General line at Pyrénées Motors. The role focuses on advising private and corporate customers on mobility solutions, driving sales growth and contribution margin in the automotive sector.

Key responsibilities

• Assist and advise individual and business customers, identifying current and future mobility needs.
• Build and manage a segmented client portfolio, defining growth plans for each product/service segment.
• Develop commercial relationships with professionals and private clients to attract, satisfy and retain customers.
• Execute commercial actions defined with the Commercial Manager to increase product, accessory and service penetration.
• Coordinate with B2B managers, providing product expertise to meet transversal client requirements.
• Monitor commercial activity, business operations, budgets and service quality.
• Achieve annual commercial targets and track key quantitative and qualitative indicators.
• Participate in sales team meetings, proposing continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Ensure high service quality, handle customer complaints and define corrective actions.
• Support training and development of junior team members.
• Maintain the showroom according to brand standards and company criteria.

Required profile

• Preferably a medium‑level degree, diploma or equivalent.
• Proven sales experience with a proactive, demand‑generation approach.
• Strong product, service and financial product knowledge.
• Understanding of market trends, negotiation techniques and commercial management.
• Fluent in Catalan and Spanish (written and spoken); French required; English a plus.
• Valid B1 driving licence.
• Customer‑oriented, results‑driven, initiative‑taking and able to work under pressure.
• Team player with a commitment to continuous improvement and analytical thinking.

• Office software proficiency.
