Actuarial Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Actuarial Consultant to join our international financial group based in Andorra. You will work closely with our insurance and banking divisions, supporting solvency reporting, risk analysis and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in quarterly solvency closings for the group’s insurance companies.
• Prepare actuarial and risk reports (EIRS, ISFS, risk management).
• Update company policies and maintain risk maps and procedural documentation.
• Automate processes and analyse legislative changes.
• Monitor product sufficiency and align investment strategies for savings portfolios.
• Develop business plans, value insurance portfolios and prepare supervisory reporting.
• Produce documentation for senior management and boards.
• Support IFRS‑based closing processes.

Required profile

• University degree (preferably in Actuarial or Financial Sciences).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar actuarial or risk role.
• Proactive, organised, versatile and comfortable working in a team.
• Good command of Spanish and willingness to learn Catalan.
• Medium level English is a plus.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
