Banqueting Manager – Luxury 5‑Star Hotel

About the role

Hire Resolve is seeking an experienced Banqueting Manager for a prestigious 5‑star hotel in Andorra. The role involves overseeing banquet, conference and event operations, ensuring high‑end guest experiences across private celebrations and large corporate functions.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and execute all banquet and event operations to the highest service standards.
• Lead and manage the banqueting team, ensuring efficient and professional service delivery.
• Liaise with clients, event planners and internal departments to meet all event requirements.
• Oversee setup, execution and breakdown of events with meticulous attention to detail.
• Maintain high standards of food and beverage service during all functions.
• Manage staffing schedules, event logistics and operational resources effectively.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and proactively resolve service issues.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and hygiene standards at all times.

Required profile

• Higher Vocational Training (Ciclo Formativo de Grado Superior) required.
• Minimum 2 years experience in banqueting, events or high‑volume luxury hospitality in a supervisory or management role.
• Fluent in Spanish and English; French and/or Catalan is a strong advantage.
• Valid passport and clear criminal record.
• Strong team‑management, communication and guest‑relations skills.
• Professional presentation, high energy and guest‑focused approach.
• Must meet all legal employment requirements for Andorra.
