About the role

Learning Heroes is looking for a high‑energy bilingual sales professional to turn hot leads into enrollments for its online education programs. You will work remotely, managing your own schedule while driving high‑ticket sales during intensive launch periods.

Key responsibilities

• Convert qualified leads into paying students, focusing on high‑ticket courses.
• Respond rapidly to inbound inquiries and maintain a sense of urgency.
• Organise your workflow independently, aligning with launch calendars and peak‑traffic windows.
• Maintain high availability during launch phases, including weekends and holidays.
• Continuously improve product knowledge through internal training.

Required profile

• Strong closing instinct and a hunger for commission‑based earnings.
• Fast response time and ability to act under pressure.
• Self‑organized mindset with a CEO‑like approach to work.
• Extreme resilience and ability to thrive in a high‑volume environment.
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish.
