Channel Manager – Franchisee Acquisition & Development

About the role

We are seeking a Channel Manager to lead franchisee acquisition and development for our financial services business. Based on-site in Andorra, you will identify, evaluate, and onboard new franchise partners while fostering strong, ongoing relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and onboard new franchise partners aligned with company standards.
• Manage the end‑to‑end acquisition cycle: outreach, presentations, negotiations, and agreement finalization.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing franchisees.
• Monitor franchise performance and guide partners on business growth strategies.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and coordinate with operations, compliance, and marketing teams.
• Set targets, track key metrics, and prepare regular network performance reports.
• Provide training, support, and coaching to franchise partners.

Required profile

• Experience in franchisee acquisition, channel development, or business development within financial services.
• Strong stakeholder management, relationship building, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to analyze performance metrics, prepare reports, and develop growth strategies.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Proven team leadership experience.
• Good understanding of investment products, brokerage services, or wealth management solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Management, or a related field; advanced qualifications are a plus.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Andorra and travel locally for partner meetings.
