Coordinador/a Comercial d'Agència de Viatges

About the role

We are looking for a Commercial Coordinator to join our travel agency, Pyrénées. The role combines direct sales of travel packages with leadership of the commercial team, ensuring smooth department operations and achievement of sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Acquire and retain clients, selling tailor‑made trips, tour packages and related services.
• Provide personalized advice, design itineraries, prepare quotes and follow up commercial opportunities.
• Manage reservations and coordinate with suppliers.
• Meet established commercial objectives.
• Lead, manage, coordinate and motivate the sales team.
• Supervise daily department activities across all sections.
• Ensure compliance with internal processes and maintain service quality.
• Perform additional tasks required by business needs.

Required profile

• Relevant education in Tourism, Commerce or Marketing (preferred).
• Previous sales experience, preferably in travel agencies or the tourism sector.
• Leadership and team‑management abilities.
• Excellent communication and commercial skills.
• Fluency in Catalan and Spanish; French and English are a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
• Experience using CRM systems.
• Familiarity with reservation booking platforms.
