Finance & Administration Leader

About the role

We are looking for a Finance & Administration Leader to head the finance and administration function of our Andorran office. You will be responsible for the full spectrum of financial operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, accurate accounting, and efficient day‑to‑day processes.

Key responsibilities

• Perform monthly and annual accounting closings with precise financial records.
• Monitor cash flow, manage treasury activities, and oversee invoicing, payments and collections.
• Ensure local tax and legal obligations are met, including preparation and filing of Andorran taxes.
• Act as the primary liaison with the local gestor in Andorra and the finance team in Spain.
• Drive improvements in financial and administrative processes to increase efficiency.
• Supervise the preparation of financial statements and management reports.
• Collaborate with local advisors to interpret and apply fiscal and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Business Studies or a related field.
• At least 4 years of experience in a medium‑to‑large company.
• Strong knowledge of accounting regulations, GAAP and national/international accounting standards.
• Fluent in Catalan and Spanish; English at B2 level.
