About the role

Join Harding+ as a French‑speaking Retail Sales Associate and deliver premium and luxury brand experiences while travelling the world aboard cruise ships. You will create memorable, immersive retail environments that delight guests and showcase high‑end products.

Key responsibilities

• Live and work on a cruise ship, providing exceptional in‑store service to guests.
• Promote a curated range of luxury products through events, fashion shows, and presentations.
• Develop deep product knowledge and convey brand culture to customers.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to promotional activities.

Required profile

• Strong background in retail, preferably with premium or luxury brands.
• Fluent French with excellent face‑to‑face communication skills.
• Motivated, goal‑oriented and able to thrive in a high‑pressure, ever‑changing environment.
• Team player who can adapt quickly to life at sea.

• Proven sales ability and customer‑service excellence.
• Ability to showcase luxury items effectively.
