HR 360º – Talent Acquisition & HR

About the role

We are looking for an HR 360º professional to join the Human Resources team of Grup Cierco, an Andorran group operating in energy, distribution, real estate and hospitality. The role focuses on talent acquisition while also supporting broader HR functions across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes for all business units, from defining profiles to publishing vacancies, sourcing candidates, conducting phone and competency interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate communication, ensure a professional experience, and support onboarding and follow‑up.
• Update and manage the talent database and build a pipeline for future needs.
• Assist with HR administrative tasks including personnel documentation, payroll support, and immigration/work‑permit processes for foreign employees.
• Contribute to HR projects and initiatives as required, ensuring confidentiality and compliance.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in HR, with a strong emphasis on recruitment and talent attraction.
• Relevant education in Psychology, Labour Relations, Human Resources or a related field.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across departments.

Required skills

• Proficiency in candidate sourcing techniques and interview methodologies.
• Knowledge of HR administration, payroll basics, and immigration procedures.
• Ability to manage candidate databases and maintain confidentiality.
