Junior Sales Representative – Private Aviation & Luxury Travel

About the role

AndorraJets is looking for a motivated Junior Sales Representative to join its private aviation and luxury travel team. You will be the front‑line contact for high‑net‑worth clients, helping them design seamless travel experiences while supporting the day‑to‑day operation of the company’s two Citation Mustang jets.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect new clients and partners through face‑to‑face meetings and networking.
• Represent the AndorraJets brand with professionalism and discretion.
• Manage availability, quoting and booking for the two Citation Mustangs.
• Coordinate daily flight operations and ensure smooth execution.
• List aircraft on the charter marketplace, respond to requests, and match clients with suitable aircraft.
• Handle client inquiries, quotes and email communications promptly and accurately.

Required profile

• Commercial mindset with strong initiative and people skills.
• Willingness to work in the field and ability to manage desk‑based tasks.
• Fluency in Spanish, Catalan and English (additional languages a plus).
• Enthusiasm for learning the private aviation industry.
