About the role

Hire Resolve is recruiting dedicated Housekeeping Specialists to maintain the pristine standards of a world-class 5-star hotel in Andorra. The role suits detail-oriented professionals who take pride in creating a clean, luxurious environment for guests, focusing on high-level attention to detail and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Perform full cleaning and turndown services to strict 5-star standards.
• Manage linen changes, amenity replenishment and thorough room inspections.
• Identify and report maintenance issues immediately to the supervisor.
• Ensure the security and privacy of guest belongings at all times.
• Adhere to all health, safety and chemical handling protocols.

Required profile

• Native or professional Spanish (mandatory); English is not required.
• 2 to 6+ years of professional housekeeping experience; luxury 5-star preferred.
• Valid passport and a clear criminal record.
• Strong physical stamina and an eye for detail.
• Must meet all legal hiring requirements for Andorra.

What we offer

• 6-month contract starting 18-20 May, with potential for extension.
• Salary of €1,500 gross per month, with low employee tax (about 6%).
• Individual room provided for €100 per month.
• One meal per day included.
