Marketing Specialist - Food

About the role

Grup Pyrénées is looking for a proactive Marketing Specialist to support the development and execution of marketing campaigns, promotions and projects for its food businesses in Andorra.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in defining the marketing plan, contributing ideas and daily business insights.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotions and commercial actions in line with the marketing plan.
• Coordinate the commercial calendar and monitor campaign performance.
• Implement point‑of‑sale actions such as promotions, tastings and seasonal campaigns.
• Develop content for both physical and digital communication channels.
• Work closely with commercial, purchasing, operations and store teams to ensure proper execution.
• Coordinate suppliers and internal teams to meet deadlines and quality standards.
• Support CRM, loyalty and customer communication initiatives.
• Track results, analyse key indicators and propose improvements.

Required profile

• Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, Advertising or related field.
• Interest in retail, food sector and consumer trends.
• Strong organisational and multi‑project management skills.
• Proactive, results‑oriented and able to work autonomously.
• Analytical mindset with commercial sensitivity and attention to detail.
• Team player capable of coordinating with various stakeholders.
• Fluent in Catalan and Spanish (written and spoken); French and English are a plus.
