About the role

Altaveu, the leading digital media outlet in Andorra, is looking for an experienced journalist to join its editorial team. The role involves producing rigorous, investigative, and high‑quality news content for the Andorran audience.

Key responsibilities

• Write, edit and publish articles, reports and interviews with creativity and accuracy.
• Propose innovative story ideas and develop new journalistic content.
• Conduct investigations using documentary sources, databases and current information.
• Handle public information requests with administrative bodies.
• Participate actively in editorial meetings and contribute to the editorial strategy.
• Verify information from multiple sources to ensure quality and precision.
• Collaborate with colleagues on investigative projects.
• Enrich stories with visual elements such as graphics, maps or multimedia resources.

Required profile

• Proven experience in journalistic writing for media outlets.
• University degree in Journalism, Communication or related field.
• Knowledge of public information access procedures.
• Ability to analyse data and work with digital tools.
• Advanced proficiency in Catalan (minimum level C) and a valid driving licence.
• Self‑motivation, adaptability and strong organisational skills.
• Team‑player with good communication abilities.
