Product Designer – UX/UI for AI‑Powered Short‑Term Rental Platform

About the role

At Base360.ai we aim to make short‑term rental management effortless through AI‑driven automation. We are seeking a highly ambitious UX/UI Product Designer to turn complex operations into simple, beautiful experiences. You will work directly with the founders and engineers to create solutions for property managers, operational teams and guests.

Key responsibilities

• Own design from problem definition and user research through prototypes, final interfaces and implementation reviews.
• Speak with operators and internal teams to understand workflows and pain points.
• Translate complex requirements into clear user journeys, wireframes and polished interfaces.
• Collaborate closely with engineers to deliver designs that respect real data, edge cases and technical constraints.
• Test ideas early, incorporate feedback and iterate post‑launch.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate exploration while maintaining high design standards.
• Identify problems, propose solutions and drive them to completion.

Required profile

• A strong portfolio demonstrating both UX thinking and excellent visual design.
• Experience designing SaaS products, dashboards or applications with complex workflows.
• Strong Figma skills, including auto‑layout, components, design systems and interactive prototyping.
• Excellent judgement in typography, spacing, hierarchy, colour and responsive design.
• Ability to simplify complex information without hiding needed details.
• Experience working directly with engineers and seeing designs through to production.
• Clear communication and constructive response to feedback.
• High ownership, attention to detail and comfort with evolving requirements.
