About the role

The company is a well‑established group operating in retail and real estate. It seeks a Finance Manager who will take full responsibility for the financial function, lead a team and report directly to the CEO. The role is pivotal for strategic decision‑making across all subsidiaries.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee accounting, tax and financial reporting for multiple entities, ensuring data quality and compliance.
• Coordinate month‑end and year‑end closings and meet all statutory obligations.
• Manage treasury, liquidity, financing needs and relationships with banks.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis, monitoring costs, margins and profitability.
• Develop KPIs, dashboards and management reports to support executive decisions.
• Assess economic viability of new investments, projects and business opportunities.
• Drive digitalisation and automation of financial processes while supervising and developing the finance team.

Required profile

• Proven experience in senior finance roles with responsibility for multiple business lines.
• Academic background in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or Accounting.
• Strong analytical mindset, business orientation and ability to turn data into actionable insights.
• Rigorous, autonomous, solution‑focused and capable of leading a diverse, experienced team.
