Senior Associate Vice President, Graduate Enrollment Management

About the role

The Senior Associate Vice President (SAVP) for Graduate Enrollment Management leads innovative enrollment strategies for Georgetown University’s graduate programs. This senior leader partners with academic units to align admissions, financial aid, and registrar functions with institutional goals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a multi‑year, data‑informed strategic enrollment plan, monitoring trends, demographics, and market dynamics.
• Coordinate enrollment strategies across graduate, on‑site, online, and transfer student populations, managing the full student lifecycle from inquiry to registration.
• Communicate enrollment innovations to graduate programs and serve on senior leadership councils and committees.
• Collaborate with program leaders to improve recruitment, digital engagement, partnerships, and pipeline initiatives.
• Design and oversee digital marketing and communications services for prospective students.
• Administer financial aid programs, align merit aid strategies with enrollment objectives, and oversee the merit aid team.
• Create transparent, student‑centered admissions protocols that enhance the prospective student experience.
• Build strategic relationships with college counselors, CBOs, and industry partners for outreach.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in enrollment management or related higher‑education functions.
• Strong track record of developing strategic plans based on data analysis.
• Ability to collaborate across academic units and senior leadership.
• Experience overseeing admissions, financial aid, and digital marketing initiatives.
