Senior Fashion Buyer – Kids & Lingerie

About the role

Grup Pyrénées is seeking a Senior Fashion Buyer to lead the purchasing strategy for its Kids and Lingerie sections. The role focuses on creating an attractive, competitive product offering aligned with market trends and customer needs.

Key responsibilities

• Define and manage the buying strategy for Kids and Lingerie categories, ensuring a competitive commercial offer.
• Select products, brands and collections based on customer needs, seasonality and commercial objectives.
• Negotiate commercial terms, prices, margins and delivery schedules with suppliers and brands.
• Analyze sales, margins, turnover and stock to identify improvement opportunities and optimise category profitability.
• Plan campaigns and seasonal assortments, anticipating demand and ensuring product availability.
• Identify new trends, brands and business opportunities through fairs, commercial visits and supplier meetings.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with commercial and store teams to maintain a coherent product offering.

Required profile

• Proven experience in retail buying, preferably in children’s fashion, lingerie or related categories.
• Strong knowledge of market trends, consumer behaviour and seasonal collection management.
• Demonstrated negotiation skills with brands and suppliers.
• Analytical ability with mastery of key commercial indicators.
• Strategic commercial vision with a results‑oriented mindset.
• Organised, autonomous and decisive, with willingness to travel for fairs and supplier meetings.
