Supervisor/a Comptable

About the role

GAUDIT is looking for an Accounting Supervisor to technically lead its accounting department in Andorra. The role involves overseeing the team, ensuring the quality of financial closings and managing a personal client portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and develop a personal client portfolio while supervising the rest of the accounting team.
• Define and unify departmental accounting criteria and resolve technical queries.
• Review and validate periodic and annual closings and prepare the annual accounts.
• Organise the team and continuously improve internal processes.

Required profile

• University degree (Level 6A MAQ or equivalent) in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting or related fields.
• At least 5 years of accounting experience, including a minimum of 2 years in audit.
• Strong knowledge of Andorran accounting and tax regulations and proven experience coordinating teams.
• Fluent in Catalan and Spanish; French and/or English and postgraduate training are a plus.
