Trust & Safety Removal Strategist (Online Reputation)

About the role

We are an Online Reputation Management company based in Andorra, helping businesses, public figures, brands, and creators protect their digital presence. We are looking for a Trust & Safety Removal Strategist to lead and refine our content removal initiatives across major platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain platform‑specific removal frameworks and best practices.
• Analyze Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, and enforcement policies to identify effective removal pathways.
• Create repeatable workflows, SOPs, and documentation for evidence gathering, escalations, and appeals.
• Review client cases and determine the strongest removal approach based on policy violations, privacy concerns, IP issues, and legal considerations.
• Draft, review, and optimize removal requests, appeals, and escalation communications.
• Collaborate with legal counsel, technical specialists, operations, sales, and leadership to ensure compliance and improve success rates.
• Stay informed about platform policy changes, privacy regulations (GDPR, DSA), and emerging industry trends.

Required profile

• Proven experience in Trust & Safety, Content Policy, Compliance, Content Moderation, Platform Operations, or an ORM/content removal agency.
• Strong understanding of platform policies for Google, Reddit, Trustpilot, Glassdoor, social networks, and review sites.
• Ability to interpret legal and regulatory requirements and translate them into actionable removal strategies.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills, with a collaborative mindset.
