About the role

Abast Legal, a cross‑border law firm operating in Andorra and Spain, is expanding its Andorra office. The firm seeks a senior lawyer with at least four years of experience to provide corporate and contractual advice to national and international clients.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver corporate and commercial legal advice to a diverse client base.
• Manage full‑cycle commercial transactions, including company formation, restructuring, capital increases/reductions, and shareholder agreements.
• Participate in M&A deals, handling due diligence, negotiation and drafting of transaction documents.
• Draft, review and negotiate commercial, civil and real‑estate contracts.
• Coordinate with the Spanish legal team to ensure integrated legal and tax services.

Required profile

• Law degree and valid residence‑work permit for Andorra.
• 3‑4 years of proven experience in corporate, contractual and business law.
• Native proficiency in Catalan and Spanish; advanced written and spoken English.
• Strong oral and written communication skills and ability to handle high workloads.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
• Professional use of artificial‑intelligence tools for legal work.
