AI Transformation Consultant – Internal Systems & Automation

About the role

GigaKOM is looking for an experienced AI Transformation Consultant to redesign and modernize its internal workflows and systems. This remote contract position focuses on applying practical AI solutions that boost efficiency, reduce manual effort, and enhance decision‑making across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct a comprehensive review of current internal systems, workflows, and data readiness.
• Identify high‑ROI AI and automation use cases and create a modernization roadmap.
• Integrate AI capabilities into CRM, ERP, ticketing, reporting, and other operational platforms.
• Deploy LLM‑based tools, AI copilots, and intelligent automation agents.
• Design dashboards, AI‑powered reporting tools, and internal knowledge assistants.
• Define AI governance standards, provide documentation, and train key stakeholders.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in AI, automation, or digital transformation.
• Proven track record of retooling internal enterprise systems.
• Strong understanding of data security, governance, and compliance.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical AI solutions.

Required skills

• AI and large‑language‑model (LLM) tools (e.g., OpenAI, Azure AI, AWS AI services).
• Automation platforms such as Retool, UiPath, Power Automate, Zapier.
• CRM and ERP systems integration.
• Workflow automation and API integration.
• Predictive analytics, dashboard creation, and AI‑powered reporting.
