About the role

We are looking for a motivated Real Estate Advisor to join our growing team in Andorra. Whether you are a junior professional eager to learn or an experienced agent, you will play a key part in delivering high‑quality, transparent service to our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Provide personalized, transparent service to clients throughout the sales process.
• Capture, market, and sell second‑hand residential properties.
• Conduct property valuations and monitor commercial opportunities.
• Participate in marketing actions, networking events, and commercial activities.
• Organize property viewings and manage negotiations with buyers and sellers.
• Continuously analyse the local real‑estate market.
• Maintain and update property listings and client interactions in the company CRM.

Required profile

• Native proficiency in Catalan and Spanish (spoken and written).
• Professional level of English or French is a plus.
• Valid driving licence and own vehicle.
• Proactive, organised, and capable of self‑management.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems for property management.
• Familiarity with digital sales tools, specifically the Lystos platform.
