Club Manager

About the role

Caldea is seeking a dynamic Club Manager to lead the operational management of Club Caldea, its member‑focused wellness and sports hub. You will drive acquisition, retention and engagement strategies while ensuring an outstanding experience for members.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day operations of the club, aligning activities with Caldea’s strategic goals.
• Develop and implement membership acquisition, loyalty and engagement initiatives.
• Coordinate sports, wellness and customer‑experience teams to deliver high‑quality services.
• Monitor performance indicators, analyse data and identify improvement opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and quality standards.

Required profile

• University degree in Physical Activity and Sports Sciences or a related field.
• Additional training in Sports Management or similar.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sports clubs, wellness centres or membership programmes.
• Proven leadership and team‑coordination abilities.
• Result‑oriented mindset with strong business awareness.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
• Fluent in Catalan, Spanish and French; English is a plus.
