Data, Automation & AI Specialist

About the role

Andbank, a leading private bank operating in nine countries, is looking for a Data, Automation & AI Specialist to join its Andorra team. The role focuses on driving automation and AI initiatives across finance, risk, and reporting functions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead automation projects for financial, regulatory and operational processes to increase efficiency and reduce manual work.
• Design and implement AI solutions such as agents, assistants and document‑analysis tools to support finance, risk and reporting areas.
• Build dashboards, alert systems, anomaly detection mechanisms and predictive models.

Required profile

• University degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, Business Administration or related fields.
• 3 to 8 years of professional experience in data analysis, process automation or AI development.
• Strong analytical mindset, result orientation and ability to translate business needs into innovative technical solutions.

Required skills

• Advanced knowledge of SQL.
• Proficiency in Python.
• Experience with Power BI.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform and Azure AI (preferred).
