About the role

Etalentum is seeking a senior HR leader to oversee all people‑management functions for a high‑quality sports company based in Andorra with international ambitions. The role will drive HR strategy, ensure compliance with local labour law, and support the organization’s transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate personnel administration for both Andorran and international subsidiaries.
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment, hiring and onboarding processes.
• Develop, implement and continuously improve HR policies and procedures.
• Support senior management in team leadership, strategic planning and organisational design.
• Resolve internal incidents, handle employee relations and ensure a positive workplace climate.
• Supervise and optimise internal HR department workflows.

Required profile

• Degree in Human Resources, Psychology or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar HR leadership role, preferably in an industrial or commercial environment.
• In‑depth knowledge of Andorran labour legislation.
• Fluent in Spanish (C1), Catalan (C1) and French (C1).
• Strong leadership, communication and team‑management capabilities.
• Result‑oriented, highly organised and discreet.
