Elevator Technician (H/M)

About the role

Grupo Otis, a global leader in elevators and escalators, is hiring elevator technicians in Andorra. The technician carries out preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment in their assigned area, works directly with clients and helps improve equipment performance.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment in the assigned area.
• Respond proactively to fault diagnoses and repairs to achieve a solution.
• Perform assigned repairs to ensure continuous operation.
• Maintain direct contact with the client and build a good working relationship.
• Propose improvements and technical updates and advise clients on improving equipment performance.
• Comply with safety and environmental standards.

Required profile

• Certified maintenance technician or one of the listed higher education qualifications (e.g. Mechatronics, electromechanical maintenance, industrial equipment maintenance).
• IMAQ certifications in elevator installation and maintenance, industrial equipment maintenance, or engineering degrees in industrial engineering.
• At least 3 years of experience in elevator maintenance and installation; without prior experience, the listed vocational training is required.
• Valid driving licence category B.
